A digital voltmeter with a 3-1/2 digit LCD display which is suitable for measuring voltages between 0 and +199 Volts. The well known 7106 integrated circuit is used for this purpose. The circuit has a very low power consumption and the instrument can therefore operate for hours from a common 9 Volt battery. Its construction is simple and its reliability make this instrument ideal for use as a PANEL METER in power supply units.
